Group Projects

The Monplaisir Group is an important developer in the French West Indies

Thanks to our group companies’ complementary know-how and experiences, The Monplaisir Group has been able to set up strong partnership with finance institutions, state-owned or private banks, so as to achieve different development and management operations.

Several projects have been resulted from those partnerships with for instance Caisse des dépôts et consignations, the biggest private pension fund of Canada AIC, The Royal Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and the insurance company Guardian, or aAIM.

We have presented in the following pages some projects in progress.
