The Monplaisir Group

The Monplaisir Group was created over 60 years ago. We are the family-owned group managed by the founder’s sons: Ralph, Donald, Yann et Olin – respectively 57, 55, 53 and 51 years old. Today, the Monplaisir Group is a large-scale structure involving various activities such as:

• - Environmental industry
• - Sea Shipping and Insurance
• - Tourism
• - Road Construction

Our activities include more than 70 companies all over Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guyana, St Lucia, Trinidad and also, since 2004, in France mainland. With more than 1,000 employees, The Monplaisir Group is considered as one of the leader in sustainable development in the Caribbean.
